For 2 persons
- 1 finely chopped shallot
- 40 g of lean diced ham
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 250 g of raw sauerkraut
- 25 g flour
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 60 g diced feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 pinch each salt and pepper
- Simmer the shallots with the ham in hot butter glaze and then put the mixture into a mixing bowl.
- The drained sauerkraut, flour, eggs, egg yolks, add feta cheese, salt and pepper and mix all ingredients well.
- 4 balls from the dough forms, flatten and in hot oil about 4 minutes each side until golden brown.
