  1. Simmer the shallots with the ham in hot butter glaze and then put the mixture into a mixing bowl.
  2. The drained sauerkraut, flour, eggs, egg yolks, add feta cheese, salt and pepper and mix all ingredients well.
  3. 4 balls from the dough forms, flatten and in hot oil about 4 minutes each side until golden brown.
