- 3 lbs boneless Chicken breast
- 1 lb Chinese noodles, linguini or vermicelli.
- 2 stalks green onion
- 1 tsp ground ginger (fresh is best)
- 2 tsp black pepper
- salt and rice wine vinegar to taste
Boil Pasta until al dente. Cut up Chicken into morsels and sauté. Add green onion, ginger, pepper. Adjust flavor with salt and vinegar.
