  1. 3 lbs boneless Chicken breast
  2. 1 lb Chinese noodles, linguini or vermicelli.
  3. 2 stalks green onion
  4. 1 tsp ground ginger (fresh is best)
  5. 2 tsp black pepper
  6. salt and rice wine vinegar to taste

Directions Edit

Boil Pasta until al dente. Cut up Chicken into morsels and sauté. Add green onion, ginger, pepper. Adjust flavor with salt and vinegar.
