- 2 Tbs. butter
- 6 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 Tbs. all-purpose flour
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 3 Tbs. sliced chives
1. Heat butter over medium heat in a 10-inch nonstick skillet.
2. Beat eggs, flour, salt, pepper and milk in a large bowl. Pour egg mixture into skillet, and reduce heat to very low. Let eggs cook until set, about 20 minutes. Remove from heat, sprinkle with chives, cut into wedges and serve directly from skillet.
