  • 2 pialas of flour
  • a table-spoon of yeasts
  • a tea-spoon of salt
  • 0.7 of a piala of warm water or milk.

Directions Edit

  1. Dough is made as for taba-nan . The ready dough is cut in pieces, left for 10–15 minutes. Then it is shaped in flat cakes and again left for 10 minutes. Before putting then in the oven designs are plotted in their middle. Damdy-nan is baked at 200-220 degree C during 20 minutes.
