  2. Then coat with a seasoning blend by food club (yes, it's generic, and it's the best) called "Seasoned For Chicken Roastin' Bag & Oven Gravy Mix" and follow the oven directions on package.
  3. Take that sucker out of the oven, serve with yellow rice plus a veggie and you've got yourself a hearty, delicious and nutritious chombo meal that you'd swear you last had at a fonda in the middle of the city of colon many, many years ago.
