- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 cup grape juice
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 jiggers vodka
- 1 egg white, unbeaten
- 1 cup crushed ice or 4 whole ice cubes
Put juices and Sugar into a blender container. Cover and process on low speed until Sugar is liquefied. Add egg white, vodka and ice. Cover and process on high only until the ice is liquefied. Pour into cocktail glasses.
