  1. Peel cucumbers. Use grater to shred cucumbers.
  2. Add salt and let sit 15 minutes.
  3. Set a few dill sprigs aside for garnish. Chop the rest and the mint (small).
  4. Mince garlic.
  5. Add olive oil, garlic, and water to yoghurt. Blend til smooth.
  6. Knead the cucumber to remove excess water.
  7. Add cucumber, dill and mint to yoghurt. blend.
  8. Add salt and Sugar to taste.
  9. Garnish with dill sprigs.
