  1. Drain coleslaw in a colander.
  2. Toss coleslaw with tomato salsa and add salt and pepper.
  3. Divide sliced turkey in half and place on slices of bread.
  4. Spoon half the coleslaw on top of the turkey and cover with remaining bread slices.
  5. Serve extra coleslaw on the side.
