"This colorful salad is made with fresh Chinese cabbage, Broccoli, red radishes tossed with slaw dressing and garnished with Chinese noodles." Original recipe yield: 2 servings.

- 2 cups Chinese cabbage (napa or savoy), shredded
- 1 cup Broccoli, broken into small florets
- 1/2 cup canned water chestnuts, drained
- 1/2 cup red radishes, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 cup Chinese noodles, divided
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 cup MarzettiĀ® Slaw Dressing

1 - Add the cabbage, Broccoli, chestnuts, radishes, and onions together in a bowl. Cover with the slaw dressing mixed with ginger and serve.
