Crockpot Meatloaf

Ingredients

• 2 lbs ground chuck
• 1 egg
• 1 cup chopped bell pepper
• 1 cup chopped onion
• 1 tbsp salt
• 1 cup cracker crumbs
• 1 pkg. brown gravy mix
• 1 cup milk
• 3 – 4 small potatoes, quartered

Directions

1. Mix together all ingredients, except potatoes.
2. Shape into a loaf.
3. Place in crock pot.
4. Quarter potatoes and arrange at the sides of meat loaf.
5. Cook on high 4 – 5 hours or low 8 – 10 hours.
