- ½ head (1 pound 8 ounces) red cabbage, shredded
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ onion, thinly sliced
- 4 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 ½ cups dried cranberries
1.Toss cabbage and onions together in a large mixing bowl.
2.Mix oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl to make a dressing.
3.Pour dressing over cabbage mixture; toss with cranberries.
4.Marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour.
