Creamy Mashed Potatoes

8 to 10 potatoes, peeled and halved 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese 8 oz. sour cream 1/2 cup butter 1/4 cup chives, chopped 1 1/2 t. salt Paprika to taste

Cook potatoes in boiling water about 30 minutes or until tender. Drain and mash. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese with mixer until smooth. Add potatoes, sour cream, butter, chives and salt. Spoon into a buttered 2 quart casserole dish; sprinkle top with paprika. Bake, uncovered, at 350. for 30 minutes or until warm throughout. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
