Creamy Fresh Veggie Pot

10 new potatoes, scrubbed & quartered
1 1/2 cup peas
20 baby carrots
1 1/2 cup yellow beans, cut
2 onions, chopped
3 fresh dill sprigs
1 cup cream or half & half
In a large pot; add potatoes, peas, carrots, beans, onions,
cream and dill. Cover and cook over low heat (watch that it doesn't burn) cook for about 1/2 hour to 45 minutes or until potatoes
are done. 

Serves 4.
