CREAMY CHEESE SPREAD This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Poe Estate in Justin, Texas in 1987. 2 pounds Velveeta cheese 1/4 cup chopped onion 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon dry mustard 2 tablespoons flour 2 eggs 1 pint milk 1/2 cup vinegar Combine all ingredients except milk and vinegar until well combined Stir in milk and vinegar and beat well. Bring to a boil over medium heat then cook 2 minutes stirring constantly. Cool completely before serving.
