1. Combine carrots, eggs, milk and seasonings in mixing bowl. Beat for 2 minutes. 2. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 400 °F for 15 mins. 3. Reduce temperature to 350 °F and bake for 45 mins. Tastes just like a pumpkin pie.
