- ½ onion, chopped
- 2 slices of ham, diced
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1 cup instant non-fat dry milk + 3 cups water (or 3 cups non-fat milk)
- 1 (15½ ounce) can corn
- ¾ cup instant potato flakes
- Brown onion and ham in butter or margarine for 5 minutes over low heat.
- Add milk and corn.
- Simmer 5 minutes and add potato flakes.
