- 1 1/2 Lb. Tiny new potatoes (about 15)
- 2 C. Shelled Peas or 1 (10 Oz.) Pkg. Frozen Peas
- 1/4 C. Sliced green onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 Tsp. salt
- 1 Dash white pepper
- 1 C. milk
Scrub potatoes. Remove a Narrow Strip of Peel Around Center of Each. Cook potatoes Until Tender; Drain.Meanwhile, Cook Fresh Peas Until Tender; Drain. Cook Onion in butter or margarine Until Tender. Stir in flour, salt And pepper. Add milk And Cook And Stir Until Thickened And bubbly.Cook And Stir 1 to 2 Minutes More. Combine Vegetables And Onion Mixture. Makes 4 to 6 Servings.
