Cranberry Horseradish Sauce
2 cups fresh cranberries 1 small onion, quartered 3/4 cup sour cream 1/2 cup sugar 2 T. prepared horseradish 1/2 t. salt
Pulse cranberries and onion in a food processor until coarsely chopped, stopping to scrape down sides. Stir together cranberry mixture, sour cream and remaining 3 ingredients in a medium bowl. Spoon into jars and chill. Makes about 2 1/2 cups sauce. For gift giving, attach a card which reads: Store in an airtight container in refrigerator up to 4 days. Serve with roast beef, turkey or as a sandwich spread. (Note: A cute jar, bow and greenery dress up this zesty sauce for gift giving.) Source: Unknown
