CRANBERRY FOOL This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Bailey Estate in Grand Prairie, Texas in 2006. 16 ounce can sweetened cranberries 1/2 teaspoon almond extract 1 tablespoon grated orange peel 1 pint whipping cream Pour cranberries into a medium sized food processor and grind them up. Mix with almond extract and orange peel. Whip cream and gently fold it into the cranberry mixture. Serve in very small dishes or wineglasses.
