This is a real taste experience. The fresh cranberries attack your taste buds with sour, and then the sauce pounds the same taste buds with sweetness.
Ingredients[]
Pudding[]
- 2 cup cranberry (1 lb bag, washed)
- ½ cup molasses
- 2 tsp soda dissolved in ½ cup water
- 1½ cups flour
- dash salt
Sauce[]
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup butter only, not margarine
- ½ cup whipping cream
- vanilla
Directions[]
- Mix pudding in order given.
- Steam 2½ hours.
- Mix sauce and simmer a few minutes.
- Serve warm over pudding.
