In Romanian: Urda cu marar

[edit] Ingredients

• 1/2 lb/250 g cottage cheese,
• 2 oz/50 g butter,
• 1 tablespoon minced dill,
• salt

[edit] Directions

1. Mix the Cheese with the butter and salt until it becomes a paste.
2. Add the minced dill and mix well. Use this to fill sandwiches.
3. You can also serve with green onions.
