  1. Make dough (filo-pastry) and oil it.
  2. Cover by a warm container and let it stand for 30 minutes.
  3. Crumble cottage cheese with a fork, add yolks, sugar and raisins.
  4. If the cheese is too stiff, add some cream.
  5. Drag dough out with your hands until paper thin.
  6. Cut it into 8 pieces instead of this procedure, you can buy filo pastry.
  7. Grease the baking pan with butter.
  8. Put a sheet of dough on the bottom of a pan and cover with melted butter.
  9. Cover the next layer with the filling.
  10. Continue with other sheets.
  11. Butter the last but one sheet and cover with the last one.
  12. Smear it with cream.
  13. Bake in the oven until light brown.
  14. Grease warm pie with sour cream and sprinkle with sugar.
