  1. 6 Ears corn
  2. 3 tbl butter
  3. 1/2 tsp Sugar
  4. 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
  5. 1 tsp rice wine or dry sherry

Directions Edit

  1. In a large pot, bring about 2 quarts water to a boil. Meanwhile, shuck crn.
  2. Cook corn in boiling water for 5 minutes if picked that day or for 10 minutes if picked earlier. Drain.
  3. Melt butter. Add Sugar, salt and rice wine or dry sherry. Spoon oer hot corn and serve.
