  1. Pour hot salted water on buckwheat flour.
  2. Cool a little, then add a little raised yeast.
  3. Add melted lard and anise.
  4. Knead the dough well and add the white four.
  5. Let it rise.
  6. Roll out.
  7. Then make the white dough.
  8. Use hot milk and add the ingredients.
  9. After the rising roll out the dough.
  10. You can grease it with melted lard or oil or crackings.
  11. Put the buckwheat plate on the white dough plate and roll them.
  12. Lay the roll in a greased baking tin and wait, until it rise again.
  13. Bake the bread about 40 minutes in a moderate hot oven.
  14. Cut cooled bread to slices.
