2 cup cut up chicken 2 cup thinly sliced celery 1/2 cup green pepper 1 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup chopped blanched almonds, or crushed shoestring

    potatoes, or chow main noodles 

1/2 tsp. salt (unless you use the shoestring potatoes or chow mein noodles) 2 T. grated onion 2 T. lemon juice

Mix together and refrigerate. If you decide to make hot chicken salad, place in greased casserole, cover with 1 cup potato chips and 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese. Bake for 15 minutes at 450 degrees.
