COLD CUCUMBER DILL SAUCE This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Printey Estate in Forney, Texas in 2001. 1 cup peeled seeded and diced cucumbers 2 cups sour cream 3 teaspoons white wine vinegar 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper 2 teaspoons grated onion 3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh dill Combine all ingredients and stir to mix thoroughly. Chill until ready to use. Good over seafood, pork, chicken or beef tenderloin.
