Ingredients
- 6 chicken breasts
- 2 cups ketchup
- 1 cup Coca Cola
- 1 large onion, chopped
Directions
1.Place salted chicken in pan, skin side up.
2.Mix ketchup and Coke. Pour over meat. Top with onion. Add black pepper to taste.
3.Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Serve over rice.
