Coconut Cream Cheese Spread

3 pkg. cream cheese, softened (8 oz. each) 3/4 cup flaked coconut, chopped and toasted 1/4 cup honey Milk

In a bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, coconut and honey. If the mixture is too stiff to spread, stir in milk, 1 T. at a time, until it is of spreading consistency. Spoon mixture into a serving bowl. Cover and chill for 2 hours. To serve, allow mixture to stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. Garnish with more toasted coconut if desired. Makes 4 cups.
