  1. Slice off the eyes of the coconuts; drain and save the milk.
  2. Gouge out the meat of the coconuts; saving as much milk from that as possible.
  3. Combine the brandy, banana liqueur, and all the coconut milk in a blender with the crushed ice.
  4. Blend at a high speed for 15 seconds.
  5. Serve the drink in the two coconut shells.
