Description Edit

This is a recipe I obtained from my neighbor who is an amazing cook. She served these at a baby shower and everyone asked for the recipe.

Crêpes Edit

  1. Combine flour, sugar, salt, milk and vanilla beating until smooth.
  2. Add eggs and beat well then stir in butter.
  3. Refrigerate batter at least 2 hours.
  4. Cook crepes on crepe pan or in skillet with oil.
  5. Pour 2 tablespoons batter into pan.
  6. Quickly tilt pan in all directions so batter covers pan in a thin film.
  7. Cook 1 minute or until lightly brown.

Filling Edit

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix until smooth.
  2. Place 2 tablespoon of filling into the center of the crepe and fold.
  3. Heat in the oven just until warm and serve with maple syrup and powdered sugar.
