1 (19.5-oz.) pkg. Pillsbury� Brownie Classics Traditional Fudge Brownie Mix 1/4 cup oil 1/4 cup water 1 teaspoon almond extract 1 egg 1 1/2 cups coconut 1 cup butterscotch chips 1/4 cup Pillsbury� Creamy Supreme� Chocolate Fudge or Chocolate Frosting
Preparation Directions: 1. Heat oven to 375�F. Spray cookie sheets with nonstick cooking spray. In large bowl, combine brownie mix, oil, water, almond extract and egg; mix well. Stir in coconut and butterscotch chips. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto sprayed cookie sheets.
2. Bake at 375�F. for 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are set. (Centers will be soft). Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets. Cool 10 minutes or until completely cooled.
3. In small microwave-safe bowl, microwave frosting on HIGH for 10 to 15 seconds or until melted. Drizzle over cooled cookies.
Yield: 3 dozen cookies
High Altitude: (Above 3500 Ft.) Add 2 tablespoons flour to dry brownie mix. Bake as directed above.
