Irish Coffee is an Irish classic.

Ingredients

• 1 shot of Irish whiskey
• 1-2 teaspoons of sugar
• Coffee
• Lightly whipped cream

Directions

1.Warm whiskey and sugar in heat resistant glass and stir until sugar is dissolved.

2.Add coffee.

3.Carefully pour lightly whipped cream over the back of a spoon so it floats on the top.

4.Sip hot coffee through the cool cream.
