  1. Fry the Bacon in a pan and then using the same oil, sauté the Onion. Mix in the clam, garlic and water and cook over a low heat for 10 minutes.
  2. Add plantains, worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper to taste. Continue cooking over a low heat for a further 15 minutes.
