- 1 pint of clams
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup of milk
- 1 cup of flour
- 2 tsp. of baking powder
- 1/4 of a tsp. of crushed red pepper
- 2 cups of oil for frying ( whatever kind you prefer).
Also, make sure you have enough oil so the fritters cannot sit on the bottom of the pan. Pan sizes vary.
