- 1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 2 teaspoon finely shredded lemon peel
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Combine all ingredients. Marinate Chicken in refrigerator for 4 hours. Makes 1/2 cup, enough for 1-1/2 to 2 pounds of poultry.
