  1. Lightly sprinkle chicken pieces with salt, pepper, onion powder and paprika.
  2. Place chicken in non stick shallow casserole.
  3. Melt oleo.
  4. Brush chicken pieces.
  5. Bake at 375°F for 40 minutes.
  6. Combine juice, wine, Worcestershire sauce and garlic.
  7. Pour over chicken.
  8. Cover and bake 20 minutes or until tender.
  9. Remove chicken.
  10. Combine cornstarch and water.
  11. Add to pan juices.
  12. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
  13. Remove from heat.
  14. Stir in Equal.
  15. Serve sauce over chicken.
