Citroenpunch

Ingredients

• 250gr. Sugar
• 1/2 liter water
• lemon peel
• juice of 2 lemons
• 1 dl of rum, arak or cognac

Directions

Bring the water with the lemon peel slowly to the boil. Add the Sugar and let the mass boil until it becomes syrupy.

Put the syrup through a sieve and add the rum, arak or cognac. You can thin with boiling water to taste, or add a slice of lemon.
