Cinnamon Raisin Bread Pudding

10 slices cinnamon bread, cut in cubes 1 cup raisins 1 cup fat free egg product 1 1/2 cups warm water 1 t. vanilla extract 1/2 t. ground cinnamon 16 oz. can fat free sweetened condensed milk

Place bread cubes and raisins in greased slow cooker. Mix gently. Mix remaining 5 ingredients together and pour over top. Cover and cook on high 30 minutes and then on low 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Serves 8 Source: Unknown
