This is a dessert found in restaurants and homes throughout Morocco and is so easy to make! For an authentic taste of Morocco, try this recipe! This recipe serves 2.

• 2 sweet oranges
• 1 Apple, sliced
• 1 tablespoon cinnamon

[edit] Directions

1. Peel the oranges, making sure every last bit of the rind is removed.
2. Slice the oranges across the centre and arrange with the Apple slices on a plate.
3. Using a seive, sprinkle the cinnamon on top of the fruit.
