- 2 cups green cabbage, shredded
- 2 cups red cabbage, shredded
- 1 green pepper, grated
- 1 red pepper, grated
- 1 red onion, grated
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup oil and vinegar dressing
- 2 carrots, grated
- Toss vegetables in a glass bowl.
- Combine mayonnaise and dressing and pour over and toss gently.
- Cover and chill overnight.
