  1. In a large pot, combine apple juice, pineapple juice, cranberry juice, lemon peel, cinnamon stick and nutmeg.
  2. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Strain and serve warm.
  4. Peel lemon with a vegetable peeler, making sure not to get any of the pith (white part).
  5. Save fruit for another use.
  6. Cut peel into ½-inch slices.
