• 1 pound boneless Pork
• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
• 1 4- to 6-ounce package chicken-flavored rice mix, prepared to package directions
• 1 6-ounce package frozen snow Peas
• 1 8-ounce can pineapple tidbits, drained
• 1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted
• 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce

1. Slice Pork into 1/8-inch strips.
2. Heat oil in large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until hot.
3. Add Pork and stir fry until lightly browned.
4. Stir in rice, snow Peas, pineapple, almonds, pepper and soy sauce. Cook 1 to 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated
