Melt 3 Squares semisweet chocolate in Top of double boiler Over Hot But Not Boiling water. When Melted, Add 3 T. of corn syrup And 3 T. Cold Tap water. Mix. Let Cool For a Few Minutes Before Using.
Method #2)
Melt 4 Squares semisweet chocolate in Top of double boiler. as chocolate Melts, Add 1/4 Cup milk, Mix Well, Then Remove From Heat. Spread Over Cake at Once.
Method #3)
Melt 3 Squares semisweet chocolate in Top of double boiler. Remove From Heat. Add 1/2 T. vanilla, 1 T. margarine, 1/3 Cup powdered sugar. Stir. Add 1 T. Cold water. Stir And Use on Cake Immediately. Glaze #3 Will Turn Into Candy After a Few Hours in Refrigerator.Source: my Old Recipes
