Cherry Chocolate Crisp Crinkles

1/2 c. Blue Bonnet stick margarine, softened

3/4 c. Domino light brown sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp juice from cherries

1-1/2 c. flour

20-25 Merischeno cherries patted dry

20-25 milk chocolate chips, plus 1 c. milk chocolate chips

Preheat oven to dg350.

Cream brown sugar and margarine together. Add vanilla, juice from

cherries, and flour. Mix well. Chill dough at least one hour before


Stuff each cherry with a chocolate chip then wrap in one tablespoon

of dough. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet then cool.

Melt one cup of chocolate chips in top of double boiler over low

heat. Dip top of cookies in melted chocolate.
