  1. Grease 13x9x2-inch baking pan.
  2. Combine sugar and corn syrup in large, heavy-duty saucepan; bring just to a boil over medium heat.
  3. Stirring constantly.
  4. Remove from heat; stir in peanut butter.
  5. Stir in cereal.
  6. Press into prepared baking pan.
  7. Melt chocolate and butterscotch morsels in medium, microwave-safe bowl on medium-high (70%) power for 1 minute; stir.
  8. Microwave at additional 10 to 20 second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  9. Spread over cereal mixture.
  10. Refrigerate for 20 minutes or until firm.
