Chocolate Bowl

1 pound chocolate A'peels or imitation chocolate

Melt the chocolate, then allow it to cool to 90 degrees. Inflate a small balloon and dip the bottom of the balloon in the chocolate. Turn the balloon until a bowl shape is formed. Set the chocolate dipped balloon on wax paper until it is completely dry and hardened. Deflate the balloon and peel it away from the bowl. After you have some experience, mix the chocolate colors, dip the balloon in one color, let it et, then dip in another color. Voila! You are an artist! Fill these chocolate bowls with your favorite fillings for an elegant dessert. Source: Unknown
