Method Edit

  1. Mix first 4 ingredients in bowl.
  2. Stir in egg whites and almond extract until blended.
  3. Drop by tablespoonsful onto greased and floured cookie sheets.
  4. Bake at 325°F for 20 minutes or until edges of cookies are golden brown.
  5. Cool.
  6. Dip cookies halfway into melted chocolate.
  7. Let stand at room temp on wax paper lined tray until chocolate is firm.
