  1. Mix the cooking wine, salt, sugar, soy sauce, green onions, and ginger in a bowl.
  2. Add in the chicken, mix well and marinate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Before frying, you may remove the ginger and green onions if preferred.
  4. Add the egg yolks and mix.
  5. Add the cornstarch, mix well.
  6. Deep fry in oil (medium heat) for about 6 – 7 minutes or until cooked and the outside is crispy.
  7. Serve.
