Chinese Browned Chicken

2 whole chicken breasts, halved (or 1 chicken, cut up) 2 T. melted butter 2 T. Worcestershire sauce 1 T. soy sauce

Line baking pan with foil for easier cleaning. Place chicken on foil, skin side up. Combine remaining ingredients. Brush chicken with mixture; bake at 350 for 1 hour. Baste occasionally with butter mixture and pan juices. Makes 4 servings Tip: This is a very easy dish to prepare. Source: Unknown
