- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 1/2 cup of red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup of small diced onions
- 1/4 cup of diced parsley
Adjust the following to personal flavor
- 1 spoonful of fine diced garlic
- 1 spoonful of salt
- 1 spoonful of black pepper
- 1/2 spoonful of dried oregano
- 1/4 spoonful of garlic powder

- Combine all the ingredientes.
- Mix them all well.
- Let them all rest for 2-3 hours
- Chimichurri tastes great on asado!
